If they give me comments like that, it boosts my confidence in myself and it&#x27;ll just help me to keep going and continue my journey and try to improve my body and my craft,” he expressed.</p><p>He also shared how he maintains his sexy physique through consistency and discipline.</p><p>“As much as possible, I try to get as much sleep as I can. Recently, it&#x27;s been getting better and every time I have a free day, I just work out just to keep the consistency. It really helps me overall — mentally, physically. And also, try to eat better also. Parang ganun. And well, just don&#x27;t take everything too seriously, you know. I mean, take it day by day and enjoy lang. Kasi it&#x27;s out of the box and most of the time, yung story ay iikot sa kontrabida. And not only that, it&#x27;s just different, you know. Sometimes it&#x27;s fun to play someone that you&#x27;re not or completely different from you. So if I&#x27;m a chill person in real life and I have a project na sobrang opposite, I would say it&#x27;s fun kasi, I don&#x27;t know, it&#x27;s fun to play with emotions kahit di man talagang seryoso. Pero of course, to your job it is. Pero it&#x27;s not what I&#x27;m really feeling in real life and it&#x27;s just nice to explore those emotions,” he said.</p><p>Despite having bagged a Best Supporting Actor award in 2016, he humbly admitted that he’s still not always fully confident in what he brings to the table.</p><p>“I&#x27;m ready naman pero siguro I&#x27;m not super confident with what I&#x27;m giving sometimes. I can do more with my physicality and my performances siguro,” he admitted.</p><p>Jameson also expressed his openness to explore edgier and more challenging characters in the future.</p><p>“I&#x27;m already in that stage na I&#x27;m willing to try out scenes like that, characters na more edgy. Siguro I&#x27;m just leaning towards that path kasi feeling ko I&#x27;ll last longer here in showbiz,” he said.</p><p> Jameson was last seen on the big screen in the comedy film <em>Flower Girl</em>, and remains a mainstay on the longest-running variety show <em>ASAP</em> every Sunday.</p>
