<p>Angel Locsin has finally returned to social media after a long hiatus.</p><p>In a recent Instagram story, she shared a post from Star Magic featuring rising actor Joaquin Arce — the son of her husband, Neil Arce.</p><div style="text-align:center"><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1753361904080Screen Shot 2025-07-24 at 7.58.37 PM.png" style="width:600px" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/></div><p>In the caption, Angel shared how proud she is of the young actor.</p><p>“Me, your mom, and your dad are very proud of you,” Angel wrote.</p><p>But what excited her followers even more was the thought that she might be teasing a showbiz comeback. In the same social media story, Angel expressed her excitement about possibly working with Joaquin, saying she’s looking forward to the opportunity.</p><p>“Can’t wait to work with you,” the award-winning actress shared.</p><p>Joaquin Arce is set to join the new generation of stars under renowned talent agency Star Magic. Tune into Star Magic’s official YouTube channel or Facebook page to catch Joaquin as he officially become part of the Star Magic family!” the page captioned.</p><p>Joaquin will be officially welcomed tomorrow by ABS-CBN’s artist management arm, alongside other promising artists, including <em>Time to Dance </em>grand champion Ice Almeria and several showbiz royalties—among them Christophe (now known as Christof) Sommereux, son of Gladys Reyes and Christopher Roxas.</p><p>Meanwhile, fans have expressed how much they’ve missed Angel, who was last seen on television in 2020 through the show <em>Iba ‘Yan</em> and a cameo in <em>Four Sisters Before the Wedding.</em></p><p>Prior to her showbiz hiatus, Angel starred in several hit ABS-CBN TV shows, including<em> Lobo, Only You, Imortal, The Legal Wife, </em>and her last top-rating series in 2019, <em>The General’s Daughter. </em>She also served as a judge on <em>Pilipinas Got Talent</em> during its fifth and sixth seasons.</p><p>She also starred in several films, including the critically acclaimed <em>One More Try</em> in 2012.
