Together, we&#x27;re releasing that dream… so we can finally allow a new kind of peace, growth, and healing to enter,” they mentioned.Elisse and McCoy shared that their breakup doesn’t mean the relationship was a failure — after all, it gave them their greatest blessing:  “And letting go doesn’t mean we failed. Because what we had was real. And it gave us the greatest gift.. Our Felize.”<div> </div>They also shared that their daughter Felize has always believed that her family is hers - and that truth still stands, even now.“There are moments when she wraps her arms around us and says, &#x27;My family belongs to me.&#x27;&quot;And she will always be right. That will never ever change,” they shared.The Kapamilya stars added that there’s no need for speculations or assumptions, as the decision was anything but easy.“We’re sharing this to honor what was. To give space for healing.. for both of us and for the lives we’re choosing from here on. No need for speculations, no assumptions. This wasn’t easy for either of us. We simply ask for kindness and respect as this story, and how it’s remembered, may one day shape what our daughter believes about love, family, and letting go,” Elisse and McCoy expressed.They ended the caption by thanking everyone who had been part of their journey, closing it with both their names, McCoy and Elisse. “Thank you for holding space for our story. This is us, stepping into a new chapter with love, respect, and no regrets.”Elisse and Mccoy first showed they had chemistry during their Pinoy Big Brother stint in 2016, where their love team “McLisse” was born. They went on to star in various projects together, including the 2019 film Sakaling Maging Tayo.Their relationship faced several challenges, with their first public breakup happening sometime in 2018, when both revealed they had lost communication.In 2021, they confirmed they were back together — and in the same year, they welcomed their daughter, Felize.In 2023, the two made headlines again as McCoy admitted they had broken up once more. Later that same year, he also confirmed that they had gotten back together.Only last year, Elisse stood by McCoy amid swirling rumors, sharing that he’s always been a source of strength for her and Felize.
