<p>Despite the unpredictable weather, celebrity couple Zeinab Harake and Ray Parks Jr. made the most out of their recent Palawan trip to celebrate their son Lucas&#x27;s 8th birthday.</p><p> In a vlog shared on Zeinab’s YouTube channel, the family—along with their team and close friends—traveled to El Nido, Palawan for a special beach getaway filled with fun activities and heartfelt moments.</p><p> “Good morning Palawan. Unang punta namin dito, naglalandian pa kami ni Ray tapos di pa ako sigurado sa kaniya. Ngayon siguradong sigurado na ako kasi Misis Parks na ako,” Zeinab shared.</p><p> On their first day, the family spent time enjoying the beach, building sandcastles, and swimming together. Lucas and their youngest, Bia, joined in traditional outdoor games like Chinese garter, limbo rock, and “agawan base.” Zeinab jokingly teased Bia, who was hesitant to play in the mud.</p><p> “Noong unang unang beses na nag-Palawan na kami, eme eme lang ang vlog ko kaso nagpost ako ng picture and pa-in love ako ng pa-in love kay Ray. Ngayon, pwede na mag-full vlog kasi asawa na kita,” Zeinab shared.</p><p> The couple also took the kids to a local market to buy pasalubong and meet some locals. Ray even joined a quick shooting game during a local barangay basketball match they came across.</p><p> Although they initially planned a beach-hopping adventure on the next day, worsening weather kept them on just one beach. Still, the family made the most of it by playing in the sand and searching for crabs.</p><p> “Nandito kami sa Palawan para masaksihan ang panginginig namin mag-asawa kung saan ang mga anak namin di nakakaramdam ng lamig at patuloy sila sa paglalaro,” Zeinab joked in a mock weather forecaster tone.</p><p> Ray chimed in with a playful line: “We are here in El Nido, Palawan to bear and witness the weather and our kids. Their original plan of a beachside celebration had to be canceled.</p><p> “Happy birthday Kuya,” Zeinab greeted. “Bawi kami next year anak. Yung magandang place na di na babagyuhin.”</p><p> “Dapat po talaga nagpaset up kami outdoor sa tabi ng dagat para nature kaso di nakisama yung weather but at least we got a special date for you. Hindi natin hahayaan na hindi maging special ang special day mo. We are going to make it special.”</p><p> The family still had a great time celebrating Lucas&#x27;s birthday with a full meal and special gift they prepared for him—a luxury bag as it was something that he often borrowed from them, and they wanted to give their son a special item that he can use even after years.</p><p> “Kuya Lucas, happy happy birthday. Wishing you all the best in life, anak. Yung pinakagood talaga ang winiwish ni Mommy and always and forever din kitang love gaya ng sinabi mo sa amin ni Daddy sa video. Lagi kami nandito to protect you and guide you and love you. I love you gazillion times,” Zeinab said her birthday greetings.</p><p> Ray also expressed, “To my young prince, happy happy birthday to you. We love you so much and we truly are proud of you. I can&#x27;t wait for what God has planned for you. You are the next generation, and you are the leader of this family. Kapag wala ako, I want you to be able to protect and care for Bia and Mommy. Continue to be the salt and light, Kuya ,to everyone that you&#x27;re around. Continue to always bring the energy you always bring. I&#x27;m super proud of you. That;s my birthday wishes to you. I love you!”</p><p> Zeinab explained why they opted for a smaller, intimate trip this year compared to Lucas’s previous big birthday bash.</p><p> “Si Lucas, nagyearly birthday siya. Pero pagkatapos nila magdebut by 8 to 12 intimate travel na tapos sa 13, 21  party ulit,” she said.</p><p> “It’s something more intimate. Something he could remember,” Ray added.</p><p> In her Instagram post, Zeinab wrote, “Happy Birthday to our young King. We chose to keep it small but full of love. Just us, just family, just right. Grateful for the laughs, hugs and memories we are creating together. Praying you enjoyed your special day. Bia, meanwhile, is her daughter with rapper Skusta Clee. Zeinab and Ray Parks Jr. tied the knot last June in an intimate ceremony held in Tagaytay.</p>
