James Reid opened up about his biggest goal in life.In an interview with Karen Davila for her YouTube vlog, James revealed: &quot;My biggest goal is to be a father someday. I think that&#x27;s taken over my priority list, as something that I want to do and be very good at it.&quot;He shared that his relationship with girlfriend Issa Pressman has played a big role in bringing out this dream. &quot;That&#x27;s something that my current relationship with Issa kind of brought out in me,&quot; he said.When asked what he loves most about Issa as a partner, James replied: &quot;She gives me a reason to want to be my best. I can&#x27;t explain that but she&#x27;s one of the only people that really make me want to be better than my shortcomings, my insecurities, my fears. That&#x27;s really special. I think that&#x27;s love.&quot;James also relayed that his latest single titled &quot;Pahinga,&quot; a collaboration with TJ Monterde, was inspired by Issa. &quot;Siya talaga &#x27;yung inspiration for a lot of the songs I&#x27;ve written. You realize this argument is stupid. I don&#x27;t care about being right. In fact, you&#x27;re more important than this argument right now. And I think that&#x27;s been a secret to a very strong relationship.&quot;In the same interview, James was asked about his personal mantra in life. &quot;On top of my head I do have a mantra that I started a few years back. It&#x27;s something I repeat when I&#x27;m meditating, something I repeat in the morning, or if I am confused about my decisions. I remember my mantra is to be healthy, wealthy, and wise,&quot; he stated.He went on: &quot;Healthy of course physically because if I am not healthy then I can&#x27;t enjoy life to the maximum. Wealthy, not in terms of money, but in terms of heart, relationships. Wealthy in terms of abundance in my life and being able to create music, that&#x27;s what I mean with wealth.&quot;&quot;And wise. If I&#x27;m not learning from what I&#x27;m doing and my mistakes in the past I&#x27;m just doomed to repeat them, so wisdom is in any challenge, or any issue, or shortcoming, I think is the goal.&quot;
