Kiray Celis steps in to support education of niece and nephew after sister-in-law’s passing

<p>Actress-turned-entrepreneur Kiray Celis shared her dreams for the next five years, emphasizing her dedication to supporting her family.</p><p>&quot;Ang lagi ko talagang pangarap, sobrang given, makatulong sa pamilya, dere-derechong makatulong sa pamilya,&quot; she said in an interview with Karen Davila for <em>DTI: Asenso Pilipino.</em></p><p>Kiray revealed that she now provides not only for her siblings but also for her niece and nephew after her sister-in-law passed away two years ago.</p><p>&quot;Hindi pa ako nagtatapos sa mga kapatid ko, may mga pamangkin pa. So parang mas dumami at parang mas nangarap pa ako ng sobra ngayon kasi ako na rin sa school nila, so parang mas kailangan ko pang mag-work hard, harder pa,&quot; she shared.</p><p>The actress went on: &quot;Kasi because two years ago namatay &#x27;yung sister-in-law ko so&#x27; yung naiwan niya na mga anak, ako na po &#x27;yung naging mama kumbaga. Mas lumawak pa. Mas marami pa akong matulungan, mabigyan ng work, and pangarap ko kung ano &#x27;yung mga nakuha ko ngayon, sana lahat ng mga staff ko, empleyado ko, magkaroon din ng sariling bahay,&quot; she said.</p><p>Earlier this year, Kiray launched her first two brands: Hot Babe, a slimming coffee brand and Hello Bloom, a beauty and wellness drink brand. She then expanded her business with Day-Li, a line of food supplement capsules with various flavors and health benefits.</p><p>When asked for her advice to aspiring young entrepreneurs, Kiray relayed: &quot;Kapag may pangarap ka, tuparin mo &#x27;yan, sipagan mo lang, lakasan mo &#x27;yung loob mo, and kailangan meron ka lang tiwala sa sarili mo and marami tayong time pero kailangan bigyan mo talaga ng oras kung ano &#x27;yung gusto mong mangyari. Matutupad mo &#x27;yan, magagawa mo &#x27;yan, basta kaya mo and galingan mo.&quot;</p>
