One of their most memorable experiences was dining at a small trattoria run by a couple named Valter and his wife.</p><p>“We ate at a legendary trattoria run by Valter and his wife, she’s the boss in the kitchen, he personally served us like family. Hands down, one of the best meals of our trip,” he said.</p><p>The actor also noted what he learned from meeting the owner of the place.</p><p>“Here’s what I learned (again):</p><p>- Food doesn’t need to be fancy.</p><p>- it just needs to be real, fresh, organic, simple, made with love.</p><p>- And good olive oil? He did it brick by brick, soul by soul,” he added.</p><p>“Mr. Cucineli didn’t just create a fashion empire, he restored Solomeo’s spirit. From a world-class theater, to a football field, to a library for the locals. He invested not just in buildings, but in dignity, culture, and humanity,” he said.</p><p>The couple toured the atelier and learned about the brand’s philosophy of “humanistic capitalism”. Matteo also expressed gratitude for meeting CEO Riccardo Stefanelli, who shared more about the brand’s deep commitment to people and place.</p><p>“We were humbled to explore the heart of his operations: the atelier, the people, the process.
