<p>AJ Raval shared a deeply personal chapter of her motherhood journey as she recalled the moment she gave birth to her son, Aljur Jr., with partner Aljur Abrenica, opening up about the fear, faith, and strength that marked his arrival. </p><p>In a Facebook post on January 30, the actress revealed that her son was born prematurely in 2024 and faced serious complications shortly after birth. AJ shared that her son remained in intensive care for days, a period she described as heavy and filled with waiting. </p><p>“I saw the doctors performing CPR to revive my baby </p><p>After that I do not remember anything I lost consciousness </p><p>When I woke up in the recovery room the first thing I did was ask for my baby </p><p>The doctor told me he was in the NICU  </p><p>We did not get to be together right away </p><p>He stayed in the ICU for days and all we could do was wait </p><p>Those days were heavy and quiet.” </p><p>In that silence and uncertainty, AJ said her faith became her anchor. </p><p>“In that waiting I realized there was only one thing to hold on to God </p><p>That experience changed me in ways I cannot explain </p><p>When you come that close to losing someone you realize how small everything else is </p><p>What truly matters is life love and the people God entrusts to us,” she emphasized. </p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/showbiz/celebrities/2026/1/9/aj-raval-shares-lighthearted-take-on-10-year-age-gap-with-aljur-abrenica-1813"><strong>READ: AJ Raval shares lighthearted take on 10-year age gap with Aljur Abrenica</strong></a></div><p>The actress ended her post with a reflection shaped by gratitude and renewed perspective, especially on motherhood. </p><p>“So appreciate every breath every moment every heartbeat </p><p>Because when life shows you how fragile it is you learn to be thankful for everything </p><p>Let this be a reminder to appreciate what you have every breath every moment </p><p>All glory belongs to God 🙏💙,” she ended.  </p><p>Following her post, messages of support and encouragement poured in from netizens who praised the actress for her strength. One comment that drew attention suggested that what she experienced was “karma,” which AJ calmly addressed. </p><p>“This is not about karma sir, this is about faith 🙏🏼🤍God is Good,” she replied. </p><p>Many others expressed admiration for her resilience as a mother. </p><p>“Imagine,sa kabila ng mga pinagdadaanan nyang pambabash nakaya nyang i handle lahat ng un habang ganon ung nangyare sa baby nya.grabi ka strong na babae talaga🥹♥️,” one commenter wrote. </p><p>“You’re a good mom AJ Raval.
