<p>Kapamilya actor Jake Ejercito ran a full marathon last February 22 at the Osaka Marathon held in Japan. Despite the good time, the Kapamilya actor admitted how he &quot;underestimated the distance” of the race.  </p><div><br/></div><p>“Underestimated the distance. Discipline faded late in the build and the marathon made sure I paid for it. Got ugly, but dug deep and stayed honest,” he wrote.</p><div><br/></div><p>In his post, he shared a glimpse of the race’s course and the time interval between each kilometer he did. He also made sure to pose in front of the finish line as a sign of his achievement in completing the marathon.</p><div><br/></div><p>“Not the race I hoped for. Still a PR, still moving forward,” he shared.</p><div><br/></div><p>“Unexpected kababayan love on course too! Always a different kind of fuel,” he added.</p><div><br/></div><p>Friends and fans of the Kapamilya actor congratulated him in the comment section of his post. You are a beast at running,” a fan added.</p><div><br/></div><p>Jake has been sharing his running journey with his followers on social media for quite some time already. Previously, he successfully ran the Angkor Wat International Half Marathon in Cambodia back in 2024. </p><div><br/></div><p>“No legs, all heart! Finally popped that anything-that-has-&#x27;marathon&#x27;-in-it cherry and on the most majestic of courses,” he previously wrote. </p>
