She admitted how her body has been feeling “unfamiliar” and at the same time her heart has been “fuller than ever.”</p><div><br/></div><p>“Your body feels unfamiliar, your heart feels fuller than ever, and every emotion shows up uninvited,” she added.</p><div><br/></div><p>Despite all the emotions she’s been feeling, Jessica continued to remind mothers like her to give themselves time to process everything in this new chapter of their lives. </p><div><br/></div><p>“Healing isn’t linear. Becoming a mother changes you forever softly, loudly, beautifully, painfully.</p><div><br/></div><p>If you’re in this season, Give yourself time, Give yourself grace🤍 #postpartum,” she ended. </p><div><br/></div><p>Fans of the Filipino-American talent sent their love and kindhearted messages in the comment section of her post.
