Carla Abellana shares glimpse of married life with husband Dr. Reginald Santos

<p>Following her private and intimate wedding, Carla Abellana gave fans a peek into her new life as a married woman to non-showbiz husband, Dr. Reginald Santos.</p><p>On her YouTube channel, Carla shared snippets of her simple daily routine, from waking up early and caring for her fur babies to squeezing in time for exercise and preparing meals for her and her husband. </p><p>“Now, ipapasyal natin ‘yung aking mga doggies. Normally, pinapasyal ko sila, wina-walk ko sila around the village, bago ako mag-workout. In the vlog, she helped prepare dinner for her and Reginald, deciding on one of her favorite comfort meals.</p><p>“Naisipan ko lang na magluto or tumulong na magluto ng dinner ng maaga. I even still have a cup of coffee with me, pero half a cup lang, ayoko naman masyadong mabusog na hindi ko na makakain ‘yung dinner later. For dinner tonight we will be preparing spaghetti. The couple announced their engagement earlier that same month.</p><p>In a previous interview with Boy Abunda, Carla opened up about their love story, which began decades ago when they were studying in the same school.</p><p>“Three batches higher siya sa akin so I was in first year and he was in fourth year high school but we went to the same school–– OB Montessori in Greenhills. While Carla understood his decision, she admitted it was painful, especially since he was her first love. They separated on good terms.</p><p>“Nag-break kami because he actually had to really focus on his studies kasi he was serious about med school so talagang in all fairness to him, napaka-brave niya na kinailangan niyang pumili between our relationship and med school,” she added.</p><p>For years, they went their separate ways and did not keep in touch, despite having mutual friends.
