<p>Geneva Cruz is marking a milestone before she turns 50.</p><p>The actress announced that she recently graduated from college. </p><p>&quot;As I approach my golden age in less than a month, I realize that some of my dreams are still coming true. Thirty-three years in the making, but I finally did it! Look, ma, I’m now a college graduate!!!👩‍🎓🤍&quot; she posted on her Facebook page, sharing a snapshot of herself in her graduation toga from the Philippine Christian University (PCU).</p><p>Geneva dedicated this feat to her younger self, saying: &quot;This is for nineteen-year-old Gen, who had to grow up fast and work hard after choosing to become a young mom. I remember my college days @ust1611official, where I took up #ABGeneral/Lit (Hi to all my batchmates and schoolmates if some of you follow me here!),&quot; she wrote at that time.</p><p>She stressed that she had no regrets about welcoming her first child at a young age. &quot;But life had a different plan for me, and that’s to become a mother first. I have no regrets because I have a beautiful son,&quot; she said.</p><p>Geneva added that welcoming her daughter later in life reminded her to set an example about the value of education. &quot;However, having a ten-year-old daughter was the motivation I needed to prioritize finishing a degree. I strongly believe in setting a positive example for my children, which drives me to dedicate time to pursuing my educational goals,&quot; she remarked.  </p>
