<p>MANILA - Actress Sue Prado has passed away on Tuesday, April 14. She was 44.</p><p>The death of the actress was confirmed by her family through a social media post. </p><p>&quot;Sue brought light in anyone’s path throughout her life. A life lived for others, for the craft she nourished and for those who she loved most,&quot; her relative May Shereen said, announcing the news of her passing on Wednesday.</p><div><br/></div><div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1776296332576sue.jpg" style="width:655px" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/></div><div><br/></div><p>Prado was known for her performances in indie and mainstream projects.</p><p>She was part of the films &quot;Thelma&quot; and &quot;Madrasta&quot; and recently starred in the film &quot;Desperada.&quot;</p><p>She also appeared in ABS-CBN&#x27;s “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.” She portrayed <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/showbiz/movies-series/2026/2/9/mark-lapid-sue-prado-bid-goodbye-to-batang-quiapo-1401" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Gina</a> in &quot;FPJ&#x27;s Batang Quiapo,&quot; which concluded last month.</p><div><br/></div><div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1776296394156aktor.jpg" style="width:655px" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/></div><div><br/></div><p>AKTOR - League of Filipino Actors also paid tribute to Prado.</p><p>In her last Instagram post, Prado shared about expressing your love while you can as she thanked all those who attended the premiere night of &quot;Desperada.&quot;</p><p>&quot;Maikli lang po ang panahon natin sa mundo kaya i-express natin ang pagmamahal natin sa mga mahal natin, kasi hindi natin alam kung hanggang kailan,&quot; Prado said.</p>
