She is part of the graduating class of 2026 of the prestigious university. </p><div><br/></div><p>“Good morning kids! Eliana&#x27;s graduation in UPenn now. Can I make yabang? She made Summa cum laude! So proud of her,” he wrote.</p><div><br/></div><p>Eliana was spotted donning a Filipiniana-inspired outfit as she received her diploma in front of thousands in attendance. The graduation ceremony was held at the Franklin Field. </p><div><br/></div><p>In his Instagram Story, the proud father also shared that his daughter was one of the recipients of the Elaine Simon Award for Commitment to Social Justice in the City. </p><div><br/></div><p>“So proud of you, my love @elianahatienza,” he expressed. </p><div><br/></div><p>According to the official website of the University of Pennsylvania, the award is given to a senior Urban Studies major.  </p><div><br/></div><p>“This award goes to the senior Urban Studies major whose on and off campus activities at the University of Pennsylvania and future plans reflect dedication to addressing urban problems and to the principles of providing opportunity and voice for all urban citizens,” the official website of the University of Pennsylvania stated.</p><div><br/></div><div><br/></div><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/showbiz/celebrities/2026/3/31/kuya-kim-atienza-shares-touching-ai-video-of-daughter-emman-1628" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>READ: Kuya Kim Atienza shares touching AI video of daughter Emman</strong></a></div><div><br/></div><p>Fans and friends of the family sent their congratulatory messages in the comment section of the proud father’s post. Others shared how inspiring Eliana is with what she’s achieved at such a young age. </p><div><br/></div><p>“Congratulations Eliana 🎉 and no, hindi yan yabang @kuyakim_atienza That kind of award took years of hardwork &amp; sacrifices so go lang Kuya Kim we’re all for it,” a fan wrote.</p><p>“I&#x27;m sure little Emanski is jumping out of happiness right now. Congratulations, Eliana,” another shared.</p><div><br/></div><p>Previously, Eliana was suspended by the University of Pennsylvania after she joined a Pro-Palestenian protest. Her father has shown his support towards his daughter and the advocacies she’s been fighting for.</p><div><br/></div><p>“Eliana has always been vocal about what she believes in. In this instance she’s part of the organization that is anti-genocide and anti-war,” he previously said.</p>
