<p>Global R&amp;B star Chris Brown is celebrating a new achievement after receiving an honorary Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Visual &amp; Performing Arts from Harvest Christian University. </p><p>The recognition was revealed through an Instagram post on May 23, where Chris shared photos from the ceremony. Congratulations, Dr. Breezy! 🤎🐐” one fan wrote. </p><p> “Congrats man 🔥” singer Will Gittens added.  </p><p>According to Harvest Christian University, Honorary Doctoral Degrees are awarded to individuals who “have made significant impacts in their fields, particularly in music, entertainment, and humanitarian work. Its lead single, “Run It!,” soared to the top of the Hot 100 and remained there for five weeks, launching Chris into international stardom. </p><p>Since then, he has built a wide-ranging catalog of chart-topping hits, platinum-selling albums, and worldwide tours. Beyond music, Chris has also explored dance, fashion, and visual art, expanding his creative footprint across multiple fields. </p><p>His influence has extended beyond entertainment as well. In 2012, Chris helped establish the Symphonic Love Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and creating art programs for the youth. </p><p>Just last May 8, he released his 12th studio album, <em>Brown</em>, featuring collaborations with Bryson Tiller, Leon Thomas, GloRilla, Sexyy Red and more.</p>
