Anthony Jennings recalls how fame got to his head and how he found his way back

<p>Kapamilya actor Anthony Jennings expressed how he reflected on his actions after he was embroiled in controversies in the past. Well hindi naman siguro na sobra na kung ano yung inimagine niyo na mayabang. Pero, may mga times na nakikita ko na parang nag bago ako. Siguro, yung schedule. May mga hindi ako sinsipot talaga,” he admitted.</p><div><br/></div><p>The Kapamilya actor recalled how he would previously skip on some simple gatherings in the past which he now realized was unprofessional. He added how different his way of speaking to others was like during those times. </p><div><br/></div><p>“Parang inisip ko masyado akong busy para diyan pero kaya mo naman gawan ng time, di ba? So parang yun yung mga maliliit ng bagay,” he expressed.</p><div><br/></div><p>“Ngayon, wala na yun. Binabago ko na yung sarili ko. Ngayon, medyo mas ano na ako feeling ko, self-aware na ako,” he added. </p><div><br/></div><p>For Anthony, he realized that things were going wrong and had to do something to fix the problem. Sinettle ko siya isa-isa talaga. Hindi mo kasi pwedeng–– ang hirap kasi na kailangan ito ako ngayon–– parang mabait ako agad. Onti-onti talaga siya na proceso like paano ka,” he said.</p><div><br/></div><p>Anthony maintained that he was glad he had gone through that phase as he now has more time for his goals as an artist. </p><p>“Masaya ako na napagdaanan ko yun kasi marami na akong nakakalimutan that time na napaalala sa akin ng mga kasama ko sa buhay. Masaya din ako sa pamilya ako na nadiyan para sa akin,” he continued. </p><div><br/></div><p>Meanwhile, he is set to star in the upcoming iWant supernatural comedy original, <em>Nurse the Dead</em>, set to premiere on the streaming platform this June 12. It’s the first Filipino-produced series filmed in Hollywood and is directed by award-winning Filipino-American filmmaker Mark Labella. </p><div><br/></div><p>Anthony is joined by Fil-Am actress and host Jelynn Sophia Malone, Princess Punzalan, Ruby Rodriguez, Gigette Reyes, and Tootsie Guevara.</p>

<p>For Anthony Jennings, this was a learning moment that he had to go through.</p>
