<p>David Beckham has been honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.</p><p>The football icon received the recognition during a ceremony held on June 12, Friday (U.S. time), marking another milestone in his celebrated career.</p><p>During his acceptance speech, David reflected on his journey and admitted that he never imagined receiving such an honor.</p><p> &quot;I&#x27;ve always been a dreamer. But I could never have imagined that an honor like this would come to a working-class English soccer player like me,&quot; he stated.</p><p>He also spoke about his humble beginnings and lifelong passion for football.</p><p>&quot;I grew up in the east end of London, a long way from Hollywood. As a young boy, I love soccer more than anything and it&#x27;s all I ever wanted to do,&quot; he remarked. </p><p>David went on to thank the people who have supported him throughout his life and career, including his family.</p><p>&quot;My parents and my sisters, who always supported my dreams.
