<p>The mother of Kapuso actress Ashley Rivera has passed away after her battle with cancer. I miss you so much, I love you forever,” she wrote. </p><div><br/></div><p>The Kapuso star shared several photos on her Instagram Stories and expressed how much she’ll be missing her mother. What am I gonna do without you?” she continued.</p><div><br/></div><p>In one of her posts, Ashley showed how her mother was surrounded by her loved ones during her final moments. The Kapuso actress was right beside her mother as she passed.</p><div><br/></div><p>“I held your hand until your last breath. I didn’t want to let go, but I have to. You’re home now, Mom. I’m lost, but I’ll be okay. I’ll be strong for you, I promise,” she expressed. </p><div> </div><p>Previously, Ashley was able to celebrate Mother’s Day with her mother. She penned a heartwarming message on her Instagram account to celebrate the occasion. </p><div><br/></div><p>“You are an awesome mom, and the beautiful thing is, you don’t even try — you just naturally are such a great mom. I’ve never met anyone as generous as you. You have always been so generous with your time, love, gifts, words of wisdom and affirmation, and acts of service. Basically, pinerfect mo na lahat ng 5 love languages,” she previously wrote.</p><div><br/></div><div><br/></div><p>“Having you as our mom is the best gift God has ever given us. Thank you for loving us the way you do. You make life sweet and fun at the same time. I can’t wait for you to get stronger so we can travel and make more memories together,” she added.</p><div><br/></div><p>No additional details have been made by Ashley as of this writing. </p>
