<p>Actress Valerie Concepcion is one proud mom after her eldest daughter, Heather Fiona, officially graduated from college. </p><p>On July 26, Valerie took to Instagram to celebrate the milestone, sharing a tribute to Heather, who earned her degree in Nursing from Far Eastern University. Looking back on how quickly the years had passed, the actress admitted it still felt surreal to see her daughter reaching such a major achievement. </p><p>“I blinked… and somehow, the little girl I once held in my arms is now a college graduate. 🎓😭❤️,” she began. </p><p>Valerie went on to honor Heather&#x27;s journey, recalling the dedication, sacrifices, and perseverance that brought her to this moment.  </p><p>“I’ve seen your hard work, your sacrifices, your late nights, your challenges, the moments you doubted yourself, and all the times you kept going even when things weren’t easy. The best big sister ever,” another netizen wrote.  Heather Fiona is Valerie&#x27;s daughter with her former partner, Jeremy Carag. She is also a loving older sister to Valerie and Francis&#x27; son, Viktor Francis, whom they welcomed in 2023.  </p><p>Valerie is also a stepmom and shares a close bond with Francis&#x27; daughter from a previous relationship. The couple tied the knot in 2019. </p>
