<p>Singer-actor Wilbert Ross expressed how he was in disbelief after finding out that his first-ever major concert, <em>WRten By</em>, was sold out in just 15 minutes. Kasi ako, syempre it’s an honor na mabigyan ng chance magconcert. Para ma-sold out yun in 15 minutes, sobrang ganito na pala kadaming willing marinig yung musika ko, yung mga sulat ko,” Wilbert admitted.</p><p>While he was still in disbelief, the actor shared how he had to embrace it and use it as a motivation to write more songs. “Unreal at first pero parang ine-embrace ko na siya–– I need to write more songs to inspire more people.”</p><p>He then recalled how nervous he was during his concert when Vice or someone from his team wasn’t picking up the calls on the day of the show. He had come to accept the possibility of singing alone so when the Kapamilya star showed up on stage, Wilbert couldn‘t help but cry.</p><p>“Konting numbers nalang, yung [production] na namin. So ready na ako, ready na akong kumanta mag isa. Yung time na parang siya na, ready na akong kantahin yung part [niya] pero bigla siyang kumanta,” he recalled.</p><div><br/></div><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/showbiz/events/2026/7/27/vice-ganda-makes-surprise-appearance-hashtags-reunite-at-wilbert-ross-concert-1055" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>READ: Vice Ganda makes surprise appearance, Hashtags reunite at Wilbert Ross concert</strong></a></div><div><br/></div><p>“Bumuhos lahat sa akin kasi parang grabe, isa din ito sa mga taong naniniwala sa akin ever since–– nung mga time na sobrang konti palang ng naniniwala sa akin,” he continued. </p><p>“I’m so happy na yung mga taong nanininwala sa akin from the start, hindi pa nakita ng publiko, pero nakita na ng isang Vice Ganda and isang Tito Boy Abunda,” he maintained. </p><p>Wilbert also shared how happy he was to perform alongside his fellow members from Hashtags during his concert. </p><p>“That was very special kasi when was the last time? Before pandemic po kami sumayaw ng ganun kadami,” he shared.</p><p>Meanwhile, he is set to star in the Philippine adaptation of <em>Pee Mak </em>alongside Bea Binene, Vandolph, Jairus Aquino, TJ Valderama, and Gian Bernardino. </p>
