Bianca de Vera shares her 'kilig' with Dustin Yu: ‘Everyday I’m always excited to talk to him'

<p>As shooting preparations begin for her new movie <em>Ba’t Di Na Lang Tayo</em>, actress Bianca de Vera has been busy undergoing workshops under director Jason Paul Laxamana, who she and her love team partner Dustin Yu will be working with for the first time in her first Regal Entertainment project. </p><p>“Sobrang hands on ni Direk. Na-appreciate ko pag kino-correct niya yung mga simpleng delivery (ng dialogue), yung mga nuances. Kasi bilang isang artista, sobrang baby pa rin namin sa showbiz so kailangan talaga namin ng matinding growth and hindi mangyayari kung walang director na talagang tututok sa ‘yo at magsasabi sa ‘yo na kung ano dapat. Yung talagang tututukan ka. As in everyday, I’m always excited to talk to him, ask him questions, make him kulit. Ewan ko, parang for some reason hindi kasi ako nagsasawa sa presence niya. So I guess that’s why the kilig is so natural. Because even me, myself, yung nararamdaman ko, parang first time ko pa rin siya makita sa loob ng <em>PBB</em>. Alam mo yung ang sarap niyang kausapin. Ewan ko, minsan nga napapatanong ako yun na rin ang nararamdaman niya. Yung friendship kasi namin yung kampante. And hunger, I think. Because both Dustin and I, parang lagi kaming gutom in a way na ayaw naming tumigil. Hindi dahil gusto naming yumaman or whatever, but because we really love our craft. And we see doing this for the long run. So parang since <em>PBB</em> wala naman akong nakikitang difference kay Dustin in a bad way. Like never ko naman nakita sa kanya na lumaki yung ulo niya, na naging mayabang siya, na nagiging iba yung pakikitungo niya sa tao. And mas nakikita ko na kung paano siya makisama sa production, sa staff, pantay lang talaga lahat. I guess parang we just always remind each other to treat people with respect, na hindi kami iba sa kanila or better sa ibang tao or artista. Everything just always comes with kindness and humility.”</p>
