Nadine Lustre on why she prefers her 30s over her 20s: 'I know myself better'

<p>Nadine Lustre reflected on why she prefers being in her 30s, sharing that she now feels more grounded, self-aware, and mindful compared to when she was in her 20s.</p><p>&quot;My 20s were great but I prefer my 30s. I really prefer [it], because now, my 30s kasi ngayon parang feeling ko mas calm ako. I know myself better. I know what I want, what I don&#x27;t want,&quot; she said in an interview with Bianca Gonzalez on the<em> Paano Ba &#x27;To?!</em> podcast.</p><p>The actress added that getting older has also taught her to prioritize herself and become more aware of her personal limits.</p><p>&quot;I have more time for myself. I have the courage to say no. I know my body&#x27;s limits physically. Also, financially, I know my limits. Before kasi sige gastos lang, ganyan, labas tayo, go somewhere. Parang mas wiser I would say with a lot of different things tapos I am more appreciative of people now,&quot; she shared.</p><p>She admitted that in the past, she tended to focus more on the people she regularly saw, especially when life became busy.</p><p>&quot;Before kasi I only care about people that I would see all the time. Parang out of sight, out of mind. But not totally.
