<p>Kris Aquino’s much-awaited return to the screen is only getting started. </p><p>After making her comeback as Netflix Philippines’ newest C.H.I.K.A. (Chief Head of Insights and Kontent Analysis), fans can look forward to seeing more of the Queen of All Media this August. </p><p>Netflix PH and Kris surprised fans on August 7 when they unveiled her new role as part of a promotional campaign, marking her first major on-screen appearance in years. </p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/showbiz/celebrities/2026/8/7/kris-aquino-is-back-the-queen-of-all-media-joins-netflix-ph-as-the-new-c-h-i-k-a-1302" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>READ: Kris Aquino is back: The Queen of All Media joins Netflix PH as the new &#x27;C.H.I.K.A&#x27;</strong></a></div><p>The Instagram reel opens with Kris confidently walking into Netflix’s editing room, where she meets editor Earljohn and immediately takes charge. </p><p>&quot;Hello everyone, good morning! Ako ang bago ninyong boss. The new Netflix C.H.I.K.A,&quot; Kris announced. &quot;Are you ready para simulan na natin ang ating August campaign? Yes? Yes!&quot; she excitedly added. </p><p>Fans were then treated to classic Kris Aquino as she gave her signature witty observations and suggestions on how to elevate Filipino series available on Netflix, namely <em>A Secret in Prague, </em><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/blood-vs-duty" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><em><strong>Blood vs Duty</strong></em></a><em><strong></strong>,</em> and <em>The Master Cutter. </em></p><p>From making emotional scenes hit harder and action sequences more thrilling to improving wardrobe choices with the editor, Kris embraced her new role with the charisma and candid personality.  </p><p>&quot;I love it! Ang bongga! We make a great team,&quot; she said to Earljohn. &quot;All of these are Kris Aquino-approved. One Queen, and only one. 👑 @krisaquino,” added Kris’s makeup artist RB Chanco. </p><p>“always iconic 🫶,” commented Dogshow Divas host Baus Rufo. </p><p>&quot;Da kembak op da kween!!! 🙌🏼🥰💝,” added Kris’s impersonator and content creator Tita Krissy Achino. </p><p>Meanwhile, fashion designer Michael Leyva, who worked closely with Kris for the project, shared in an Instagram post how much he had hoped to see her return to doing what she loves.
