Joy Barcoma leaves Dogshow Divas: ‘I’m choosing to protect my peace’

<p>Kapuso host and former beauty queen Joy Barcoma announced that she is leaving local podcast <em>Dogshow Divas</em>. Nabasa ko ang comments about my guestings. I’ve always been grateful whenever I’m invited to join podcasts when my schedule allows, but how often I appear isn’t something I personally control,” she maintained.</p><p>While she remains grateful for the support that she’s been given by the fans of the podcast, she maintained how she needed to leave for her peace.</p><p>“Grateful ako to everyone who supported us, but for now, I’m choosing to protect my peace. Other netizens shared how they’ll miss her in the show and are hoping that she could reconsider her decision.</p><p>“OMG!! Ang toxic talaga ng ibang mga fans ng <em>Dogshow Divas</em>! Even si Baus and Macoy minsan pinupuksa nila what more pa ang mga guest host. Nakakainis imbes na fun fun lang yung podcast e nagiging chaka dahil sa mga redditor na toxic juskooo Anyway thank you for the joy and laughter, Queen! Support kapa din namin sa future endeavours mo,” a fan wrote.</p><p>“OA ng mga tao sa reddit. Joy brought a different kind of energy sa DSD. Mga KJ,” another fan added.</p><p>Meanwhile, Baus expressed his gratitude towards the ‘Jusa’ in the reply section as well.</p><p>“Mahal kita. Thank you for always being so generous with your gifts and kindness,” Baus said. </p><p>Joy starred in several episodes of <em>Dogshow Divas </em>which trended on social media for her quick thinking and witty humor.</p>
