<p>Kapamilya actress Lovi Poe shared the reason she and her husband, Monty Blencowe, haven&rsquo;t shown their daughter&rsquo;s face to the public just yet. Probably (because) this is what works for us at the moment. Maybe it&rsquo;s more of like how internet is now and privacy but it&rsquo;s a discussion between me and my husband&ndash;&ndash; we&rsquo;re having that now. Parang eventually, I think it&rsquo;ll be nice to share this beautiful treasure that we have and maybe in the future we&rsquo;ll probably (show her),&rdquo; Lovi explained.</p><p>When asked how they decided to name their first born Sloane, the Kapamilya star revealed it was what they both agreed on as the meaning of their daughter&rsquo;s name holds a lot of significance as well.&nbsp;</p><p>&ldquo;Sloane kasi means warrior and also may mga listahan kami na sinulat na iba&rsquo;t-ibang pangalan, wala talagang nag match sa amin mag asawa na sinuggest na gusto namin dalawa&ndash;&ndash; Sloane lang and it&rsquo;s not common,&rdquo; she said.&nbsp;</p><p>&ldquo;I want her to grow up thinking that she&rsquo;s a warrior&ndash;&ndash; that she&rsquo;s a tough cookie,&rdquo; she added.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/showbiz/celebrities/2026/7/23/lovi-poe-enters-a-new-chapter-and-signs-with-star-magic-i-just-can-t-believe-it-1738"><strong>READ: Lovi Poe enters a new chapter and signs with Star Magic: &lsquo;I just can&rsquo;t believe it&rsquo;</strong></a></div><p>In a previous exclusive interview with PUSH ABS-CBN, Lovi shared some of the lessons she learned as a first-time mom and how intentional she&rsquo;s become when it comes to her family.&nbsp;</p><p>&ldquo;It&rsquo;s like what I&rsquo;m giving now is time kasi before my world revolves around work and it&rsquo;s like wala akong ibang priorities and binabangga because trabaho lang talaga. But now, my whole family, they&rsquo;ve definitely become my number one [priority],&rdquo; she shared.</p><p>&ldquo;It&rsquo;s just like everything that comes to me na work, even if I really really want to do it, it takes a lot of thinking and a lot of battles sa head ko na is this really something that I should be doing because it&rsquo;s time away from my family. Now, I think it&rsquo;s teaching me how to slow down and be even more present wherever I am&ndash;&ndash; I need to be present,&rdquo; she continued.</p><p>It was earlier this year when Lovi returned to the local entertainment industry and signed with Star Magic. &nbsp;</p>
