Bondad/Instagram </span></span></span></div><p>Kirk Bondad made the Philippines proud over the weekend after finishing in the Top 20 of Mr. World 2024, which was won by Daniel Mejia of Puerto Rico.</p><p>But the Filipino-German fitness coach and model admitted that the results were not what he expected, saying that he was aiming for a higher placement in the competition.</p><p>&quot;Well, this didn&#x27;t go as planned,&quot; he said in an Instagram post. &quot;My time here in Vietnam has been an indescribable ride. My placement wasn&#x27;t what I aimed for, and honestly, I&#x27;m still not sure where things went off track.&quot;</p><p>&quot;Right now, I feel empty on all ends. But I know I gave it my all, and that&#x27;s what matters,&quot; he added. </p><p>Nevertheless, Bondad said he is honored to be given the opportunity to represent the Philippines on the international pageant stage, expressing gratitude to his family, friends, and supporters.</p><p>&quot;Representing the Philippines at Mister World has been one of the greatest honors of my life, and I will always treasure the memories I&#x27;ve made with my brothers here in beautiful Vietnam,&quot; he said. </p><p>&quot;Life has unique ways of guiding us to places we&#x27;re meant to be.
