The other is Noble Queen Worldwide, which went to actress Teresa Loyzaga.</p><p>In an Instagram post, Loyzaga said it has always been her dream to wear a crown.</p><p>&quot;As little girls, many of us dream of becoming princesses, queens, or wearing a crown at least once in our lives.
