F4 is returning with ‘F Forever City of Stars’ Concert this month

<p>The iconic Taiwanese boy group F4 will be reuniting at concert this December.  </p><p>Taiwanese music company B’in Music announced on December 7 the concert details for the “F ✦ Forever City of Stars Tour”.
