I carried this flag with so much pride, love, and honor. I really want to thank all my teammates, hay ang dami kong pasasalamatan pero I just want to share it with you right away,&quot; Ramos said in a series of Instagram Stories on Monday.  </p><p>&quot;Thank you so much.
