<p>Thai boy group BUS, whose group name stands for Because of You I Shine, is set to hold their first ever fan con in the country this coming May 24 at the New Frontier Theatre in Quezon City. Titled, BUS THE 1ST ASIA FANCON TOUR : THE FIRST LIGHT, this will mark the first fan con of the boy group across Asia. </p><div><br/></div><div><iframe src="https://www.facebook.com/plugins/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fbus.becauseofyouishine%2Fposts%2Fpfbid0CBZNJD8ADMAEv5cGoeWHnXB1BxomtZxstFkDg4azbhKNpaRqLt6j9WdorZLgCVGkl&amp;show_text=true&amp;width=500" width="500" height="653" style="border:none;overflow:hidden" scrolling="no" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div><div><br/></div><p>BUS is a 12-member group composed of Thai and South Korean nationals.</p><div><br/></div><p>The Asia fan concert was announced on their official social media accounts earlier this week to the delight of their thousands of followers across the continent. </p><div><br/></div><p>They will be heading to Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, and Jakarta before flying out to the Philippines on May 24. After their Manila stop, BUS will be going to Taipei, Tokyo, Seoul, and their last stop will be Singapore according to their official post. </p><div><br/></div><p>More details such as ticket prices, seat plan, fan benefits, and many more will be announced soon. </p><div><br/></div><p>Fans of the Thai boy group expressed their excitement as they can finally see their favorite idols in person. Other fans shared that they have already saved up for the fan con and are ready to buy tickets.</p><div><br/></div><p>“OMG, I&#x27;VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS,” a fan wrote.</p><p>“Waiting here in the Philippines,” another fan added.</p><div><br/></div><p>BUS–– consisting of Marckris, Copper, Aa, Phutatchai, Khunpol. Heart, Peemwasu, Alan, Nex, Thai, Jungt, and Jinwook–– made their debut back in December 2023 and was formed through the reality survival show, 789 SURVIVAL. Their first single titled &quot;Because of You, I Shine,&quot; made noise upon its release. </p><div><br/></div><p>Since then, the Thai boy group has continued to release music and even has sub-units–– BUS5 and BUS7. Their recent release, &quot;So Blue,&quot; has had commercial success on streaming platforms such as Spotify with more than a million streams. </p>
