Sarah Geronimo to miss Aurora Music Festival Day 1

<p>Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo will no longer be taking the stage on the first day of the Aurora Music Festival after being advised by her physician to take a full rest following rehearsals. </p><p>The announcement was made by G Productions PH through its official Facebook page on May 2, just hours ahead of the much-anticipated event set at Clark Global City, Pampanga. According to the statement, the singer’s health took priority after a medical check. </p><p>“Earlier today, after rehearsals, Sarah was examined by her physician and has been advised to take full rest. With her health as our foremost priority, she will unfortunately not be able to perform at the festival.” </p><p>The management acknowledged the impact of the last-minute decision, extending their apologies to the event’s organizers.  </p><p>“This situation was entirely unforeseen, and we recognize the significant impact this last-minute withdrawal places on the event and everything that has gone into it. We sincerely apologize for this news and thank you for your understanding and support as we all wish Sarah G nothing but the best.” </p><p>Following the announcement, netizens flooded social media with messages of concern, offering prayers and well wishes for Sarah’s health and recovery. </p><p>Sarah was set to headline Day 1 of the festival, joining a powerhouse lineup of OPM acts including SB19, IV of Spades, Ben&amp;Ben, December Avenue, and Armi Millare. </p><p>The festival continues into its second day on May 3, with performances from SexBomb Girls, Kitchie Nadal, Parokya ni Edgar, and Kamikazee, alongside double headliners SB19 and IV of Spades.</p>
