The film also stars Adam Sandler, Laura Dern and Billy Crudup.In an interview with ABS-CBN News&#x27; Hollywood correspondent Yong Chavez, Clooney said that, much like his character, he has also faced moments in his life when he had to make life-changing decisions.&quot;There was tons of times where you had to make decisions. You had to decide whether you were going to do this or this, and in general, I would take the road that was more difficult,&quot; Clooney said.&quot;You fail a few times, but I found that to be the more exciting thing, and I found it to be the thing that helped me succeed. Now, I don&#x27;t know that that&#x27;s always the case. It’s a mistake. It happens usually when you&#x27;re young. I was older when I got successful,&quot; he said, referring to his breakthrough in the medical drama &quot;ER&quot; during the 1990s.By the time he found success, Clooney expressed confidence that he already knew who he was &quot;because I&#x27;d failed a bunch.&quot;&quot;You don&#x27;t learn anything from succeeding, but you learn a lot from failing. And so part of your education is about what, how little of these things have to do with you,&quot; he said.Clooney recently went to the Philippines with his wife, human rights lawyer Amal Clooney, to support a project headed by Rappler&#x27;s Maria Ressa.
