'Pilipinas Got Talent' to premiere on March 29 and 30

<div><span class="fr-img-caption fr-fic fr-dib" style="width:950px"><span class="fr-img-wrap"><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/174237551137220250319-pinoy-got-talent-GCS4984.jpg" class="fr-fic fr-dib" style="width:950px"/><span class="fr-inner" style="text-align:left">The judges and hosts of &quot;Pilipinas Got Talent&quot; season 7 at the show&#x27;s media conference on Wednesday, March 19. <em>Photo by Gigie Cruz, ABS-CBN News.</em></span></span></span></div><p>MANILA -- &quot;We&#x27;re going to have the best show.&quot;</p><p>The comeback season of ABS-CBN&#x27;s reality-talent competition &quot;Pilipinas Got Talent&quot; (PGT) is set to premiere on March 29 and 30.</p><p>This was announced during the media conference of the show on Wednesday, March 19 inside ABS-CBN compound in Quezon City.</p><p>With new set of powerful judges -- Kathryn Bernardo, Donny Pangilinan, Eugene Domingo and former ABS-CBN president Freddie &quot;FMG&quot; Garcia, &quot;PGT&quot; Season 7 will air Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 8:30 p.m. on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, A2Z and TV5.</p><p>In the event, Bernardo, Pangilinan, Domingo and Garcia expressed excitement as they have been tapped to judge the comeback season of &quot;PGT.&quot;  </p><p>Returning judge Garcia is confident that the newest season is going to be one of the best. &quot;The talents that we have right now have leveled up. I would say that they could be compared to world-class acts, maganda -- maraming maganda,&quot; Garcia said.</p><p>&quot;You would see that the Season 7 of &#x27;PGT&#x27; is going to be one of the best,&quot; he added.</p><p>He also shared his thoughts working with new set of judges, whom he praised for being fit to their new roles choosing the best talents.</p><p>&quot;Ang gagaling nila, talagang bumilib ako, the way they talk to talents, the way they ask questions, the way they scrutinize. Sabi ko, &#x27;Magaling pa ito sa akin.&#x27; Pero bilib ako ang gagaling nila si Kathryn, si Uge, Donny at dalawa nating hosts, ang gagaling nila. .. I think we are going to have the best show because of the chemistry of these people,&quot; Garcia added.</p><p>As judges, the four have their own preference when it comes to choosing the most talented act. </p><p>&quot;I can not really pinpoint what I&#x27;m looking for. Most of the time it&#x27;s gut feel and most of the time I go to the basic which is masarap ka bang panoorin,&quot; Domingo said.</p><p>&quot;Unang-una &#x27;yung uniqueness. ... Ano &#x27;yung talent na kahit panoorin ko siya ngayon and five years from now, ito &#x27;yung klaseng performance na hindi ko makakalimutan at performance na kaya ko siyang panoorin five years from now tapos maa-amaze pa rin ako that&#x27;s hard. Of course talent, we are looking for all talents kung anuman &#x27;yan. ... And lastly I&#x27;m looking for &#x27;yung passion. ... So for me a unique talent, that&#x27;s a champion,&quot; Bernardo said. </p><p>For his part, Pangilinan said: &quot;Siguro para sa akin it&#x27;s what type of performance will move the room, the type of performance na after niyo mapanood  ay magshi-shift &#x27;yung environment, &#x27;yung ganoong performance.&quot;</p><p>Garcia added: &quot;I&#x27;ve been judging for the last six years and this is the seventh year, masyado na akong jaded. Nakita ko na ang lahat so it&#x27;s so difficult for me to look for that right talent that would make a different. Pero definitely kako, there&#x27;s only one word that will describe &#x27;yung -- wow factor.
