EXCLUSIVE: Francine Diaz, Seth Fedelin excited to show a new side in series

<div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1743815768871Thumb - 2025-04-05T091559.405.jpg" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/></div><p>Kapamilya love team Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin—popularly known as FranSeth—are set to star in the upcoming crime thriller <em>Sins of the Father</em> under JRB Creative Productions.</p><p>In an exclusive interview with <em>PUSH ABS-CBN</em>, Francine and Seth expressed both excitement and nervousness about their new television series, which boasts of a star-studded cast.</p><p>“Nakakakaba siya pero exciting,” Francine said. “I think sa lahat naman ang nabibigay ng proyekto sa amin laging nangingibabaw yung dalawang emotion. Nasa sa amin na paano din naman namin nabibigyan ng hustisya yung mga characters na gagampanan namin.”</p><p>Seth echoed the sentiment, adding, “Ngayon lang ulit kami magte-teleserye. Now, returning with another intense series, the duo is determined to bring a fresh take on their new characters.</p><p>“Actually, naisip namin yon na nandoon yung fear na paano namin iibahin, paano yung atake this time,” Francine stated. “Sabi nga nila Direk yung mga pinagdadaanan naman natin pare-pareho pero iba-iba yung experience na nararanasan natin. So, nasa sa atin kung paano natin bibigyan ng kumbaga ng power yung isang storya, yung isang character ng isang eksena. So, I think it’s really up to us paano namin ipapakita na iba kami dito at iba ‘to sa previous naming nagawa yon.”</p><p>Seth also expressed, “Marami na naman tayo mabubunot na aral… So, doon kami excited. Nakakaba, pero kakayanin natin sa mapaganda yung show. Hindi namin hahayaan masayang yung kwento. Excited kami na mapakita nabangis na kami.”</p><p>FranSeth will be sharing the screen with Gerald Anderson, Tirso Cruz III, Joko Diaz, Jessy Mendiola, JC de Vera, Shaina Magdayao, RK Bagatsing, Soliman Cruz, Nico Antonio, Jerald Napoles, and LA Santos. </p><p>Having worked with some of them in past projects, Francine and Seth are both thrilled and pressured to meet expectations.</p><p>“Siyempre nakakapressure in a way na hindi pwede na kung ano yung pagkakakilala nila sa akin, yung nakatrabaho nila before na bata ganon pa rin. So, it’s my assignment na ibahin yung timpla ko talaga at ipakita sa kanila. As long as may ganyan, ibig sabihin naghahanda ka, ibig sabihin tinetake mo ng seryoso yung isang bagay so ayon kagaya nga ng sabi ni Francine may mga bagong mga kasama.”</p><p>Francine added, “Napakahusay ng mga actor at actress na mga makakasama namin dito, siyempre, kailangan din namin na mag-deliver. Alam ko na tuturuan nila kami at alam ko na matututo kami sa kanila. At excited kami and grateful kasi for sure another family.
