MANILA -- Actor Enchong Dee said he is lucky to be part of the upcoming series "It's Okay To Not Be Okay," with Anne Curtis, Joshua Garcia and Carlo Aquino as lead stars.

In a media conference, Dee admitted that the much-awaited Philippine adaptation of the hit South Korean drama, has brought back his love for doing teleseryes again.

"I'm very, very lucky that I'm part of this show. I think this show brought me back to the love of Enchong doing a series because for a while para siyang nawala eh," he explained.

Dee added that he's lucky to finally have the chance to work with Curtis, Garcia and Aquino. The series also marks Dee's reunion project with director Mae Cruz-Alviar.

"I've always said this to a lot of people that I'm so lucky because I got to see how professional and how brilliant Anne Curtis is. Direk Mae, it's a reunion for us. She's the one who created Caloy of 'Magkaribal' we both did. It's always been a dream of mine to work with Joshua and Carlo Aquino and now I got to, finally,"  Dee said.

Dee added: "You know there's a lot of blessings na ibinigay ng show na ito internally for me. Parang mas malaki 'yung appreciation ko roon sa trabaho na mayroon ako. And lagi ko ngang tinatanong kina Henry (Quitain) at Tiya Des (de Guzman) na sabi ko 'bakit kami?' or 'bakit sa dinadami-daming artista na pwedeng ilagay dito sa show na ito bakit kami?' And then 'yung sagot nila sort of made you even more grateful on why you are still here after all what happened to us, after all we've been through. Ang sarap na lahat ng tao na nandito sa show na ito ay pare-pareho ang level ng pagmamahal doon sa trabaho na mayroon kami."
