MANILA -- Actor Carlo Aquino received some heated words from his own mother after she watched his &quot;pillow fight&quot; scene with Anne Curtis on &quot;It&#x27;s Okay To Not Be Okay.&quot;The scene is one of the popular K-Drama&#x27;s most iconic moments, and Aquino&#x27;s mother joined the show&#x27;s fans to see how it will be adapted in the Filipino version.&quot;&#x27;Yung pillow fight scene namin, maraming nagmemessage sa &#x27;kin,&quot; Aquino said shortly before he and Curtis revealed the mid-season poster for their show.&quot;&#x27;Yung nanay ko, nagalit -- masyado raw malakas ang palo ko kay Anne,&quot; he revealed. &quot;Buti na lang, nilabas &#x27;yung BTS (behind the scenes), so nakita  na sabi ni Anne, dito, dito, sa ulo nga.&quot;&quot;Nagagalit siya sa akin na hindi ko mapalo si Anne Curtis,&quot; he added.Curtis, for her part, was delighted to receive the positive feedback and good reviews of the show. &quot;Maraming salamat, lalo na pag sinasabing we lived up to your expectations,&quot; she said. &quot;We love how we gave it a Filipino touch.&quot;Curtis was all praises for Aquino&#x27;s performance and stressed that his depiction of &quot;Matmat&quot; shines a light on people on the spectrum.&quot;The comment we also got so far, pag sinasabi nila na maraming salamat for showing us that how those in the spectrum can function,&quot; she said. &quot;It really means so much to us.&quot;&quot;[I&#x27;m] happy, pero sana &#x27;yung message na &#x27;wag sana silang i-discriminate, kasi high-functioning naman sila. Kailangan lang ipaliwanag yung iba sa kanila para maintindihan nila kung nasaang sitwasyon sila,&quot; Aquino added, for his part.The Philippine adaptation of &quot;It&#x27;s Okay To Not Be Okay&quot; airs in advance on Netflix Philippines and iWant, and on primetime free TV on week nights.
