<p>MANILA -- &quot;Pinoy Big Brother Gen 11&quot; alumnus JM Ibarra stars in the upcoming movie &quot;Child No. 82 (Son of Boy Kana),&quot; an official entry to this year&#x27;s Cinemalaya happening this October.</p><p>In an interview with ABS-CBN News on Wednesday at the sidelines of the press conference for the 21st Cinemalaya, Ibarra expressed his excitement over his acting project.</p><p>&quot;Sobrang grateful po talaga ako. Hindi ko ma-explain. Sobrang happy po ako na sinimulan ko ang career ko as an actor dito sa Cinemalaya. Kasi sobrang meaningful po sa akin. Sobrang dami ko pong natutunan since natapos ko po ang project. Unexplainable po talaga &#x27;yung happiness,&quot; Ibarra said.</p><p>According to Ibarra right after his &quot;Pinoy Big Brother&quot; stint, he auditioned to be part of &quot;Child No. 82.&quot;</p><p>Asked of what&#x27;s so special with the film and why moviegoers should watch it, Ibarra replied: &quot;For me, halo-halo &#x27;yung tema ng story, bukod sa sobrang makabuluhan. It&#x27;s a familly, dramedy story, may fantasy rin siya. At a wake, Max must prove that he is the 82nd child of Boy Kana in the hopes of seeing his late father one last time.  </p><p>Joining Ibarra in the film are Vhong Navarro, Rochelle Pangilinan-Solinap, Irma Adlawan, Inah Evans, Zairene Fernandez, Dexter Doria, and Kai Montinola. </p><p>Ibarra said he really had a fun time filming with Navarro and other stars of the movie.</p><p>&quot;Sobrang blessed po talaga ako. Sobrang dream come true po talaga to work with Kuya Vhong. At the same time ang daming naituro sa akin ni Kuya Vhong especially po sa pakikipag-socialize sa staff sa prod, more on sa personality po.
