Jason [Momoa] being an Islander, me being Filipino and our director of being Puerto Rican, our female lead being Brazilian. My co-star, Jacob, being Filipino also. I&#x27;m working with a lot of Filipinos these days,&#x27; Bautista said in an exclusive interview with ABS-CBN News during the film&#x27;s London premiere.Bautista added that he could not put into words how he feels seeing more Filipinos in Hollywood.&quot;As a little kid, my representation was Bruce Lee. And he&#x27;s Asian descent, obviously, but he&#x27;s not Filipino,&quot; he said.But apart from actors, Filipino talent Jon Valera also served as the film&#x27;s stunt coordinator and second unit director, receiving high praises from lead actor Jason Momoa and director Angel Manuel Soto.&quot;We&#x27;ve been together for 15 years. Yes, he does all my movies. I owe a lot to him, and that&#x27;s what I think we look forward to one-upping every movie. We want to elevate each other, and he&#x27;s family,&quot; Momoa said of Valera.In &quot;The Wrecking Crew,&quot; Momoa and Bautista play estranged half-brothers who reunite after their father&#x27;s mysterious death.Momoa also shared why the film is special to him.&quot;It&#x27;s my first idea for a movie. So this came about two decades ago and I&#x27;ve been holding on to it, and I mentioned it to Dave and then he just tweeted it out to the world, and then here we are,&quot; he said.&quot;The Wrecking Crew&quot; will start streaming on Prime Video on January 28.
