Filipino drag excellence is once again stepping onto the global stage—and this time, it is dressed to kill.Minty Fresh is representing the Philippines in the third season of “RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK vs the World.” The announcement was made during the much anticipated “Meet the Queens” released on Thursday, January 8 (PH time), revealing Minty as one of the 10 competing queens vying to become the Queen of the Mothertucking World. Minty joins a formidable lineup of drag heavyweights from across the Drag Race franchise including: Fontana (Drag Race Sweden season 1), Gawdland (Drag Race Thailand season 3), Kate Butch (RuPaul&#x27;s Drag Race UK season 5), Mariah Balenciaga (RuPaul&#x27;s Drag Race US season 3 and RuPaul&#x27;s Drag Race All-Stars season 5), Melinda Verga (Canada&#x27;s Drag Race season 4), Serena Morena (Drag Race Mexico season 1), Sminty Drop (RuPaul&#x27;s Drag Race UK season 4), The Only Naomy (Drag Race Germany season 1), and Zahira Zapanta (RuPaul&#x27;s Drag Race UK season 6) She becomes the second &quot;Drag Race Philippines&quot; alum to cross over into the UK vs the World arena, following Marina Summers, who finished as a finalist in season 2.Minty’s participation further strengthens the growing presence of Filipino queens in the international Drag Race spin-offs, joining the ranks of Eva Le Queen (Global All Stars season 1) and Arizona Brandy, Bernie, Brigiding, Khianna, and Viñas DeLuxe (Slaysian Royale).During her DRPH stint, Minty placed fifth overall, earning two RuBadges courtesy of her impeccable performance in the Talent Show and the Shop Shop Ladies Ball.
