Anne Hathaway shares how her character Andy Sachs has evolved

<p>Anne Hathaway and Stanley Tucci reflected on their reunion in the sequel to <em>The Devil Wears Prada.</em></p><p>In an interview with Fandango, the two actors admitted they never expected the original cast to reunite for a second installment of the film.</p><p>&quot;I don&#x27;t think any of us ever thought that we&#x27;d be reunited as <em>The Devil Wears Prada </em>core team. I don&#x27;t think we thought that was gonna be,&quot; Anne said.</p><p>Stanley added: &quot;I never thought it was gonna happen. I&#x27;ve never had this experience in 45 years in show business. I&#x27;ve never had this experience. We come back and we revisit something really wonderful with wonderful people.&quot;</p><p>In the sequel, Anne reprises her role as Andy Sachs, the former assistant of Runway editor Miranda Priestly. People want you to earn your truth, so we made sure that we did. And so Andy has the closet of someone who worked at Runway in her 20s and then had a job where she traveled all over the world where there are consignment shops. So, Andy&#x27;s been shopping consignment and so she looks cute and her choices are expensive and they&#x27;re curated for her, by her. That continues through the film but becomes more and more complex, I think,&quot; he said.</p><p><em>The Devil Wears Prada 2</em> is set to be released in the Philippines on April 29. </p>
