HBO Max has released the official teaser for its upcoming Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone series.The video, which dropped on Thursday, March 26 (PH time), offers a first look at Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter, Arabella Stanton as Hermione Granger, and Alastair Stout as Ron Weasley.The teaser follows Harry’s early life, where he struggles under the care of his aunt and uncle, before receiving his letter of acceptance to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.It also features his first meeting with Hagrid (Nick Frost), who introduces him to the wizarding world.“I always wanted to know about my parents,” Harry tells Hagrid in the teaser.“Your parents were the kindest, bravest people I ever met. They were funny and clever. They stood up for what they believed was right,” Hagrid replies.The footage offers glimpses of Harry’s first year at Hogwarts, as well as his budding friendship with Ron and Hermione.
