<p>MANILA -- Actor and host Jhong Hilario has formally signed off from hosting &quot;Your Face Sounds Familiar&quot; Season 4, which concluded on Sunday night.</p><p>Hilario alongside his friend, actor-host Vhong Navarro, were tapped to host the latest season of the weekend show. </p><p>In a social media post on Sunday night, Hilario expressed his gratitude to all the fans and viewers of the Kapamilya celebrity musical impersonation competition show.</p><p>&quot;Thank you Kafamiliars for your undying support! ❤️ I will surely miss this fam and the show...
