<div><span class="fr-img-caption fr-fic fr-dib" style="width:960px;display:block" width="960"><span class="fr-img-wrap"><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1776210811419viber_image_2026-04-14_21-34-50-338.jpg" style="width:960px" class="fr-fic fr-dib" width="960"/><span class="fr-inner"><em>ABS-CBN News</em></span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — Prime Video announced during its first-ever local slate event seven Filipino Original shows, alongside a strong lineup of exclusive licensed local titles and new Korean dramas, set to hit the platform.</p><p>From hearty comedy and moving family drama to gripping thrillers, the 2026 slate highlights the richness of Filipino storytelling, brought to life by some of the country’s most beloved talents.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>HONOR THY MOTHER</strong></div><p>Prime Video collaborates with ABS-CBN and GMA for “Honor Thy Mother.” The series, following a CEO and her estranged daughter who must unite to survive a deadly conspiracy, is led by Sharon Cuneta and Barbie Forteza. John Estrada and Khalil Ramos are also part of the cast. </p><p>“This is a Mega project. Ang malalaking kumpanya nagsama-sama sa proyekto na to,” Forteza said.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>KOPINO</strong></div><p>Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino mark their third project together with Prime Video in “Kopino,” a story about sweethearts torn apart by fate before reuniting in Korea’s corporate world. </p><p>“It is Korean and Filipino. May Korea magic, we will go there there to shoot some of the scenes with Korean actors,” Chiu teased. </p><p>“It is a story for Korean-Filipinos looking for their identities. It is something we can be proud of if an international audience watches,” Avelino chimed in.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>LOL: LAST ONE LAUGHING PHILIPPINES</strong></div><p>“LOL: Last One Laughing Philippines” returns for a second season with Vice Ganda as host. The comedy competition series challenges ten comedians to make each other laugh while keeping straight faces — with the last one standing wins. </p><p>Season 1 became one of Prime Video&#x27;s most-watched titles in the Philippines.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>LOVE IS NEVER GONE</strong></div><p>Joshua Garcia and Ivana Alawi top bill the romance-thriller about an ex-convict who discovers that his presumed-dead lover is alive and has reinvented herself as a socialite. The pair teased viewers can look forward to steamy scenes and several action-packed sequences.</p><p>“Sobrang husay ni Joshua. Wala kaming double. Totoo talaga. Grabe takbuhan namin,” Alawi said. </p><p>“Walang awkwardness sa intimate scenes,” Garcia said. </p><p>“Love is Never Gone” will stream on Prime Video beginning May 8.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>THE LOYALTY GAME</strong></div><p>Built on the viral social media “loyalty test” phenomenon, “The Loyalty Game” stars Janine Gutierrez, Jericho Rosales and Sofia Andres in a psychological thriller in which a fidelity test turns deadly after two women discover the man they are fighting over harbors a chilling secret he will do anything to keep hid</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>THE SILENT NOISE</strong></div><p>Angelica Panganiban and Zanjoe Marudo star in a crime drama about a deaf son who confronts long-suppressed truths after a body is discovered in their small town, exploring how silence can both protect and destroy. The series began streaming since March 20.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>BEHIND CLOSED DOORS</strong></div><p>Marian Rivera teased her first -ever role as a mistress in “Behind Closed Doors.” Rivera plays a sharp-tongued radio announcer who has a secret affair with the Philippine president.</p>
