<p><em>Avengers: Doomsday</em> directors Joe and Anthony Russo, collectively known as The Russo Brothers, took to social media to express their gratitude to fans after the film&#x27;s trailer reached 500 million views within its first day of release.</p><p>&quot;A huge thank you to the best fans in the world! 500M trailer views in 24 hours 🤯,&quot; the filmmakers posted on their official Instagram page.</p><p>They added: &quot;We can’t wait to share Doomsday with you. That four-movie run was incredible, and it left us creatively spent,&quot; Joe admitted.</p><p>He explained that <em>Avengers: Secret Wars,</em> which will follow <em>Doomsday</em>, ultimately convinced them to return. He described it as a “very special story.”</p><p>&quot;It’s the biggest story that Marvel comics ever told. It’s the reason that Anthony and I are standing up here,&quot; he stated.</p><p>The filmmaking duo also stressed that Doctor Doom is essential to laying the foundation for Secret Wars.</p>
