The movie producer behind the 2024 film &quot;Senior Moments&quot; starring Nova Villa, Tessie Tomas, and Noel Trinidad, has announced an upcoming project, this time with Jeric Gonzales.According to Sucil Nipa, the new film will focus on depression and how men deal with it, which is “something that is rarely discussed.”“We need to show that men, too, have real feelings and are subjected to societal pressure. I&#x27;ve developed a good friendship with him. He&#x27;s a nice man and a good actor. I want him to receive the recognition he deserves,” she said.“We would sometimes get together to eat and talk about his passion for acting. As a producer, I want to do what&#x27;s best for my actors,” she added.Meanwhile, Nipa discussed how expensive film production has become in recent years, given the low return on investment.“I own other businesses, such as a pawn shop. I use money from my other businesses to produce films, which stems from my passion for the film industry,” she told ABS-CBN News.“But, despite the fact that films do not sell well, we must continue to produce projects in order to provide jobs for actors and production people,” she added.Nipa also clarified social media rumors about her alleged romantic relationship with Gonzales.“We are just friends. I give him projects because I believe in his abilities as an actor. That is it. We are not in a romantic relationship. The viral video in which I was seen being affectionate with Jeric was misinterpreted,” she made clear.
