Miley Cyrus dishes out on upcoming album: ‘Every song has these healing sound properties’

<p>Miley Cyrus confirmed that she has been working on her next studio album.</p><p>In an interview with <em>Harper&#x27;s Bazaar,</em> the pop star dished out on what fans can expect on her upcoming record with the working title <em>Something Beautiful.</em></p><p>&quot;It was inspired by Pink Floyd’s <em>The Wall</em>,&quot; she shared.  &quot;My idea was making <em>The Wall</em>, but with a better wardrobe and more glamorous and filled with pop culture.&quot;</p><p>Miley relayed that her ninth studio album is a &quot;concept album that’s an attempt to medicate somewhat of a sick culture through music,&quot; describing it as &quot;hypnotizing and glamorous.&quot;</p><p>The &quot;Flowers&quot; singer remarked that she aspires to produce an album that can heal through music.</p><p>&quot;It was important for me that every song has these healing sound properties. You can’t have a painting without highlights and contrast.&quot;</p><p>Miley previously released an album in 2023 with <em>Endless Summer Vacation.</em> The record produced the hit track &quot;Flowers&quot; which landed the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for eight weeks.
