Zsa Zsa Padilla reintroduces herself in latest album ‘Pag Tinadhana’, features song with daughter Zia Quizon

<p>Dubbed the Divine Diva, Kapamilya singer Zsa Zsa Padilla released her latest album <em>Pag Tinadhana,</em> a day before her anniversary concert <em>Through the Years,</em> on May 17 at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater.</p><p>At the media conference for the album launch, Zsa Zsa shared her desire to reintroduce her music to longtime fans and a new generation of listeners, marking nearly a decade since her last full-length album.</p><p>“That was really something that we talked about yung mga producers ko,” Zsa Zsa said. “Kasi hindi po pwedeng ma-turn off na maingay yung tugtog (ko) so, we made sure that most of the songs were for listening.”</p><div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1747534325435Zsa-Zsa-Padilla-1.jpg" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/></div><p>She explained that she was particular about the musical direction of the new album. While she wanted to explore fresh sounds, she also aimed to retain elements of her signature style. </p><p>The ASAP mainstay singer noted that she had received past criticism that her music sounded outdated.</p><p>“The music is arranged. So, our music naman (I) was very particular about this. Because, before our meeting pa lang, yung lang yung hihilingin ko, kasi nagkakaroon ako ng comment na, tunog luma, tunog &#x27;80s (ako),” Zsa Zsa expressed.</p><p>“Sabi ko, ayokong makarinig na din yung comment. And so, (this is) very fresh, it&#x27;s young which could appeal, of course, to the younger generation. Like I said kanina, parang may up-down, down vibe,” Zsa Zsa described.</p><p> Zsa Zsa’s new album consists of eight tracks including  title track “Pag Tinadhana,” “Kabiyak,” “Never Be Alone” featuring Zia,  &quot;Hinihingi,&quot; &quot;Memoryado,&quot; &quot;Bakit Ba,&quot; &quot;Ingat Ka, Mahal Kita,&quot; and a remix of &quot;Pag Tinadhana.&quot; Each song explores different stories and reflections on love.</p><p>Among all the tracks, “Never Be Alone” holds special meaning for Zsa Zsa. I missed my parents. I missed being in their care and love. Para paguwi mo na there&#x27;s a hot meal for you. You&#x27;re cared for and you kind of miss that.’ Ayon ang theme of ‘Never Be Alone,’” she shared.</p>
