ILLIT to drop 3rd EP 'Bomb' in June

Photo courtesy of Belift Lab</div>Rising K-pop girl group ILLIT is set to make a comeback in June with their third extended play (EP) &quot;Bomb.&quot;The upcoming package comes about eight months since the five-member band dropped their second EP &quot;I&#x27;ll Like You,&quot; which debuted at No. 93 on the Billboard 200, earning the group their second consecutive entry on the albums chart. Belift Lab, the group&#x27;s label, said &quot;Bomb&quot; explores the theme of relationships, according to a press release.&quot;Building upon the journey of self-discovery in their debut album &#x27;Super Real Me,&#x27; and the awakening of affection in their sophomore mini album &#x27;I&#x27;ll Like You,&#x27; ILLIT now delves into developing a relationship with &#x27;you,&#x27;&quot; Belift said.Composed of Yunah, Minju, Moka, Wonhee and Iroha, ILLIT was formed through the 2023 survival show &quot;R U Next?&quot;. The quintet <a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/2024/3/25/new-k-pop-group-illit-wants-to-tell-genuine-stories-through-relatable-music-1610">debuted</a> in March 2024 with the EP &quot;Super Real Me,&quot; fronted by the single &quot;Magnetic.&quot;&quot;Magnetic,&quot; in particular, became the first-ever debut song by a K-pop act to enter the Billboard Hot 100 song charts, peaking at No. 91.
