BLACKPINK releases mini-album ‘Deadline,’ premieres music video for new single ‘Go’

<p>K-pop group BLACKPINK released their highly anticipated mini-album <em>Deadline</em> on Friday, February 27.</p><p>The album features five tracks, including &quot;Jump,&quot; &quot;Go,&quot; &quot;Me and My,&quot; &quot;Champion,&quot; and &quot;Fxxxboy.&quot; &quot;Jump&quot; was previously released as the album&#x27;s lead single.</p><p>Alongside the album launch, the group also dropped the sci-fi-inspired music video for &quot;Go,&quot; which has already garnered 19 million views on YouTube as of this writing.</p><p><em>Deadline </em>was released following the conclusion of the group&#x27;s <em>Deadline World Tour</em>, which brought BLACKPINK to 16 cities around the globe.</p><p>In a previous statement, BLACKPINK&#x27;s record label YG Entertainment said that &quot;even amid the intense schedule of a large-scale world tour, the members devoted significant time and effort to perfecting [the <em>Deadline</em>] album,&quot; as per report by the Rolling Stone Australia.</p><p>&quot;We are confident it is a body of work that encapsulates both the individual musical capabilities of the four members and their synergy as a team.
