I got the help of my mom and my sister writing the lyrics and making sure my pronunciation was correct,” he shared.</p><p>Yvng Jin revealed that he delved deeper into his Filipino roots on an upcoming track on his album.</p><p>“I actually already have a fully Tagalog record written and ready to release for the album coming up. It explores the happiness of finding love and even references a popular Filipino record. I can’t wait for you all to hear it!” Yvng Jin said.</p><p>According to the singer, the song is about confessing to someone how special they can make them feel, a track he connects to the Filipino way of pursuing someone, called “harana” (serenading).</p><p>“It’s an admission that, “&#x27;nobody makes me feel like you.’ The inspiration behind this track came from my own personal experiences of being infatuated. I generally engineer my own songs; however, this time, I went a different route and got to share the experience with the camp. It was great!” he expressed.</p><p>Speaking about his Filipino side, Yvng Jin shared how he wanted to return to the Philippines with a new perspective as a young man.</p><p>“I’m looking forward to being around my culture again! The last time I went, I was 13, and I didn’t really feel like I appreciated or really understood my time there.
